    WONDERFUL news today!!

    Look what I got in my email today... financial help with the ferals Marty and WallY!!

    Laura: Great. I will need a description on each cat you need our help with. I will assign each cat a number and then fax you an authorization form. When you receive the form, you call Azalea Lakes and make your appoinment. You tell them your name and that you have been authorized by Cat Haven to get feral cats s/n. They will make you an appointment. Please bring the authorization form to the vet at your appointment. Cat Haven will pay for each cat to be s/n and a rabies vax. Any other charges will be your responsibility. As long as you can trap and get to a vet, we do not mind helping you financially. I am like you, it is better to do it now. Please send me a fax number and a description of each cat. Thanks.

    I just wish there was a TON more help out there like this and/or low cost s/n programs for low income people who love pets but can not afford the vets fees. If each vet would donate some time each month to do so many free s/n per month it would help a lot! Even more feral cat programs nationwide would help too...

    Isn't that great CN?? We were expecting to have to pay out of our own pockets to do this so that would really limit how many we could do... Just a few now and then.. Now we can help a lot more! ONE BY ONE!
