Congratulations on your selection as Pet of the Day! The photo was beautiful. Now I have a confession: I am terrified of geckos! As a child my brothers would put lizards down my shirt and I could not stand the feel of it slithering around. My most frightening moment? A few years ago I was in a small town in Panama. I was standing at the sink brushing my teeth when in the mirror I saw a movement at the window behind me. I pulled back the curtain and covering the window was what seemed to be hundreds of geckos . I felt like I was in a B-horror movie, "Attack of the Geckos"! I hate being afraid. Everytime I go to the pet shop to buy supplies I stop by the gecko display. I want so much to reach in and hold one to conquer my fear. I just haven't reached that level. Congratulations again. Maybe one day I'll own a gecko

Yeah Skyscraper!! What a terrific and unique Pet of the Day. Until seeing them on commercials recently, I was totally ignorant of these special guys. Your special love for Skyscraper has probably gone a long way in defying their typically "negative" image. Amazing what obstacles love can conquer. You guys must be a sight on your walks!! On a leash??! Skyscraper sounds like great fun, and gets a big hooray from me as Pet of the Day!!
