Light Bulbs-- I have a question. Why is some light bulbs on the main board. Like where it says Pet General, Dog General, Today's Pet. Some are off and some are on. Does anyone know why? I was just wondering!

When the light bulbs are on, that means there are new posts in that forum since your last visit.

it says on the bottom of the main page of pet talk
on means new posts,off means no new posts

ohh okay! Well I just noticed that today and I was wondering what it meant. I didn't even notice it saying it at the bottom!
