Oh Oggy, what a looker you are! You sound like quite a unique little budgie, and as your people know you are a very special little guy . I had a budgie named Peepers when I was a kid. He loved the TV too but would mostly try to compete and have his noise level be louder than the TV's . I'm sure it won't be long before you discover how wonderful it is to sit on your human's finger. Those fingers make the perfect comfortable perch! Perhaps a bit of tasty lettuce would entice you to try it out?
