    I will go ahead and post the questionaire here for anyone else wants to participate.

    3. Your email address & PT username:
    4. How many pets do you have:
    5. What are they:
    6. What are your pets favorite types of toys, and treats:
    7. Is there any type of toy or treat you don't want your pets to have:
    8. Is there any special requests or comments you have?
    9. Do you mind sending gifts outside of your country?

    You will have until January 25th to get your gifts spent out if you do decide to participate.


    Remember if you are under 16 years old you will have to have your parents permission. You will need them to email Karen with your Pet Talk username, and your phone number to be contacted.

    If you do not have your parents permission then you may not participate!!
