Yes you all see whole chicken on stove. I'm thawing it for dinner tonight. I've changed to cold water filled in sink method so we can eat this chicken tonight.
Thumper wasnt thrilled I woke her up to have photo session.

The chicken wont be ready for couple hrs. Had to scrap the idea of Forman Roaster (wouldnt thaw in time) so in oven it went half frozen. Plan B ... Spanish Rice for dinner

Nope they left chicken alone. Glad we went to plan B for dinner. I ended up putting the chicken in oven 1/2 frozen for almost 3 hrs and it was still uncooked in several spots. Ended up in frustration cranking heat up to 400 for 1/2 hrs. still no luck. I got made a pitched the chicken told my hubby if we cant eat it that day of purchase I'm NOT freezing another whole chicken. Poor guy went up to WalMart and got him some precooked chicken.Originally posted by dukedogsmom
