Dude the Fish is gone...

My male Betta Dude silently passed away in his tank last week. He was 2 years old. Dude lived a solitary life and enjoyed feeding time immensely.
He is survived by a sister and what was thought to be a sister but turned out to be a brother. Both living in tanks in children's bedrooms.
Dude as well has his siblings were raised and bred by my father. He came to me young and lived his full life cycle till the day he died.
The funeral was held in the downstairs water chamber. One flush and he was gone to join the other angels of the sea.
His tank and food will be placed in the closet.

Awwww that's so sad that Dude had to take the north fork in the river to the RB. Swim freely little Dude. Do you have any pictures to post?
