Ladies and gentlemen, please be seated. Please silence all pagers, beepers and cell phones. I give you, Gummy Bear Theater presenting: Lessons Learned.

On a fine fall day, most gummy bears were out at football games, enjoying time with their friends, or staying at home, drinking cocoa. But not the Mischief Posse...(L to R: Tommy(red), Richie(yellow), Heather(red), David(white) and Dorothea(orange))


Tommy said, "Hey guys, see that lake over there?"


"Yeah, what about it?" David asked.
"Bet I can jump in it." Tommy said, grinning.

"Tommy, NO!" screamed Dorothea.

Tommy wandered over to the lake and tiptoed to the icy edge.
"Tommy, GET DOWN!" screamed his friends.


Tommy danced around, showing off to his friends that he was not afraid.


All of a sudden, Tommy's footing slipped.


"Help!" cried Tommy, as he tumbled into the painfully cold water. Tommy couldn't swim.

"We'll save you!" they all cried, scrambling to get to poor Tommy. With all of the excitement, poor Dorothea fainted.


They all screamed, horrified that no one could help him.


All of a sudden...!

"Do you guys need help?"


"Oh, please help!" cried Richie. One of the brave green bears dived in and grabbed ahold of Tommy.


They pulled him out and the green bear began doing CPR on poor Tommy.

"Is he okay?" everyone wondered. They all crowded around him anxiously.


Suddenly, Tommy stood up!
"Are you okay?" Dorothea cried.


Everyone hugged Tommy, thankful that he was safe.
