I was so delighted to read a good story about a dalmation. There has been so much negative press about these dogs and the number that were given up to shelters after the "newness" wore off. I have heard that there are already concerns about the new Disney file, 102 Dalmations, and the number of people that will want puppies, without realizing the energy level of these dogs.
Good for you for providing a good home to Eli!

What a beautiful story about Eli's adoption from the Humane Society. He is a sweet-looking dog, who obviously has a big heart.
