arent they beautiful!! i just recently heard about them.i dont know much about them, but theyre very unique looking(in a good way)
All I know is that they aren't AKC or CKC reconized they're UKC and the only reason I know that is because a friend was looking at them.
They are cute though, like tiny little huskies.
Goonies never say die!
Thanks Amy for the great sig!
Seethe Klee Kai that was Dog of the Day once here!
i've seen one at a dog show before...the breeder saud she tries to take them to as many akc shows she can so that more people know about them. so maybe the akc will reconize them. they are really adorable!![]()

they are very pretty dogs! I love the picture that Karen posted!
Yep I've heard of them, they are very cute! My dad tried to convince me to get one of those instead of a siberian husky but I wouldn't budge on the subject.![]()
My sister was interested in them at one time, and did some research on them.
She currently has six Siberian huskies, and was thinking of a smaller version of the breed at some point in her life in the future.
She did not, however, like the pomeranian-like look a lot of the dogs have in their faces. Pomeranians were indeed used extensively in the making of this breed, as small Siberians were bred with poms and other small dogs to reduce their size.

"All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost. From the ashes a fire shall be woken, A light from the shadows shall spring; Renewed shall be blade that was broken, The crownless again shall be king." - J.R.R. Tolkien
If what you wanted was the husky personality, you wouldn't have been happy with a Klee Klai. They look like little huskies, but they don't have the same personality traits. They picked up some of the less desireable traits of small dogs during their development.Originally posted by wolf_Q

Yes I did want a husky personality, so I'm glad I chose to get a siberian. I have never actually met one, but I can imagine they would have quite different personality traits from having small dogs bred in. I also prefer the husky "look" as Twister said, their facial features are quite like smaller dogs such as poms...which is cute of course, but not what I was looking for.
I´ve heard of this breed, and I think they´re really cute, but I like better huskies![]()
