Anyway, Has anyone ever heard of a rare dog breed called Havanese? As in Havana Cuba.

Yes, I've seen a few Havanese in the puppy classes that I help teach. They look sort of like Shih Tzu's with the short haircut, and the ones I've seen are white with some black.
