    Silver Labs

    Has anyone seen or heard of this kind of Labrador Retriever??

    I have seen it discussed here before. They're pretty, but not an official AKC recognized color or anything. They look like Labs in Weimaraner clothing!

    I've heard of them lots of times and I just met one a couple of weeks ago

    Journey - 2yr old Australian Shepherd
    Ripley - 5 1/2yr old Doberman
    Dance RN CGN FM - 7 1/2yr old Toller

    Yes, I have heard of silver Labs before. There have been a couple other threads on silver labs. They are diluted chocolate retrievers that's all, just like how red labs are dark yellow labs. I have met silver labs before, they are 100 times prettier in person I have to say! I wish I had my camera to take a picture! But, I don't think that I could spend $1,000 on a puppy (to purchase).

    They are AKC recognized...as chocolate labs, since they are from chocolates.
