how to stop something thats sore?

My nose is so sore from blowing and everything. How can I make it stop hurting so much? any ideas?

Vaseline or chapstick will prolly help. I hate that feeling of a sore nose from blowing so much.

Great suggestions so far.
When I'm having horrible allergies or the flu I treat myself to *extra soft* tissue or types with lotion/aloe vera/vitamin E. They are more expensive but they really make a difference if you are constantly blowing your nose.

I always get those Kleenex with the lotion or Aloe added. They help out a lot.

Agree with aloe tissues and Vaselining your nose. You need to protect the thin skin around your nose

I'm going through the same thing and have about 20 tissues stuffed up my sleeves in case of dripping emergency while I'm about the office

Hey, I had the same problem as you last week! I seriously went through 75 kleenexes in 2/3 days. My nose felts AWFUL! My mom doesn't buy the soft kleenexes, but I was very lucky, the school had a box! Needless to say....I stocked up!

We buy the soft, lotion kind of tissues too, but they still made my nose sore.

I'm going to try vaseline or something.
