Mowg-monster reporting in!

I'll tell you, Meowmie's been running around like crazy to get ready for her day trip tomorrow. Luckily, I can just sit back and watch.

I'm still a little worried about food, though. So I've started working on stocking up. That way, if Meowmie has to spend the night away from us, Zelda and I will still have plenty to eat!



The only problem, though, is that those Temptations are awfully hard to get to. Even when Zelda tries to help.





We'll get it figured out, though! If I can get into the Whisker Lickins container and the cabinet with the Cat Chow, I can get into this silly little baggy!

Oh, and you all should hear Meowmie babble on. She's so excited, though she says she's gonna feel awfully funny tomorrow when she stops to pump gas, all dressed up in her costume. I like it, though. It's shiny!



Oh, I do so hope I don't STARVE tomorrow!

LOL Silly Mowgli - you are NOT going to starve!! Tear into those Temptations if you must but I doubt it will get that bad WOW! Meowmie does look really spiffy in that costume And you helped her sew it too, didn't you? Great job!! You check back in with us after the weekend OK??

LOL!!! Mowg man you are not going to starve! You are growing like a weed for sure! Look how big you've gotten. Oh Auntie CCL is so happy to see your adorable orange face. You have that little bit of devil look in your eyes though. I know you are so fun to have around. What a cutie!!
Lacey, love the costume! Excellent sewing job! Of course, with all the help you had we would only expect perfection!!
Have a good weekend and report on Mowg's condition when you get back. I'm sure he will lose 5 lbs while you're gone!

Well, I'm back, and I had an amazing time! I ended up not having to stay the night in a motel. Once the dealers room closed up at 5, I decided my poor little footsies couldn't take any more walking around, so I started that two and a half hour drive back home. Took a few pictures while I was there - loads of amazing costumes which left me wishing I'd had more experience sewing. But then someone would go, "It's Kaiba! Can I get your picture?" and I was happy again.

And despite Mowg's worries, he and Zelda did not starve. They got a bit of extra food before I left, and of course they got their usual supper when I got in. Plus Mowg got some curly fries off of me while I was scarfing down my supper, because he's just such a good beggar. And I could also tell that he'd been enjoying the Temptations while I was gone.



I would have loved to have spent the entire weekend at the convention, but it just wasn't possible, what with work on Friday, not wanting to board the babies for the weekend, and having to do laundry today because someone - we won't mention any names *coughMowglicough* - misktook the basket full of clean clothes for the litterbox.

I am glad to hear that Mowgli did not starve, he had us all so worried. Sounds like you had a good time too. So Mowg ate some curly fries? I don't have any fry eaters around here.

Mowg absolutely loves fries! I get absolutely no peace when I'm eating some because he's always trying to snake his little head past my hand into the fry box. I've had a couple of times where I've had to shut him in the bathroom so I could finish my supper without worry of him sneaking a few bites.
