Quick slice recipes needed...

Does anyone have any slice recipes that will not take to long to make, i am going away on sunday with friends and want to make up a couple of slices, but will be quite busy on saturday. Also slices that will not realy melt if left out of the ice/ esky. Thanks in advance.

LMBO i knew the Esky one would get alot of people, it is an aussie thing .


You put ice and food in it and it "Should" stay cold.

As for slices yes they are somewhat like cakes just flatter LOL.

I googled quick slice and got no help. I don't know what you're talking about.

I found some recipes by doing a search in Yahoo under 'Australia Slice recipe' and found some recipes...which sound kinda yummy. None of them have had any pics so far. To me they sound a bit like 'bar cookies' such as lemon bars. They have a crust something like a graham cracker crust made with biscuits(cookies) and then topped with a layer that is creamy cheesy or fruity .... like lemon bars.

I hope that made sense. For the recipes, just try that search on Yahoo because there were a lot of different flavors.
