I was in Cedar Point (amusement park) over the weekend. I swear, everytime I go someone dies. This time it was my friend's dad. He wasn't with us, but we asked him to go. Thank God he couldn't make it. We got a call on Sunday morning and we left as soon as we got the news because we are really close with this friend.
His dad was only 49 years old and he died in his sleep. I know he had heart trouble and one of his sons has a heart transplant. This family has been through a lot over the years. I guess the mother woke up in the morning and saw him sleeping on the couch. She made coffee and then went to wake him up, but he was already dead. I can't imagine what they are all feeling right now. Please keep them in your prayers.
