I use PSP and a Animation Shop for avaters, blinkies, and of course siggies! I can make ones that are Animated or are not Animated! Just give me texting pictures, name(s)
of pet(s), and colors!

OK I will have them on soon.. I had to go ahead and dump all of my pictures from Delphi Forums on there. Now I have to sort them which will only take 5 minutes.. And I have yours ready
