I kinda work out at a "gym". It belongs to the school. We (Me and my 2 friends) go 3 days a week for an hour.

    I love it

I go to the Grapevine Rec Center's gym, it's only 30 dollars a year! And, it's less than a two minute drive for me!

    Thanks, Dogz!

I don't because of the people..I don't like doing stuff infront of others. We have a nice tredmill though at home

I wish, right now there is no way I can afford a gym. I'm hoping after the holidays I might have some extra money and I can get a membership at the YMCA.

There's no gym in our little town. The nearest one is 20 miles. We have a treadmill at home which my husband uses regularly. I did until I went back to work. Now I just chase 4 year olds.

Ouch! No. It is too much like work. I guess that's why it is called working out.

Yes, I do. I try to go every second day..sometimes it's every third day or even fourth. hehe But I also exercise by walking when I take Teeko for walks, so that counts . We go for hour long walks.

I would love to, but the Y where I live is WAY too expensive for us. For a family package its like 300 or more dollars a year! Its only about 3 miles from our house too! I would like to though....I should start working out at home though. Everyone tells me that I don't need to lose weight and that I am physically fine, but I disagree!

    not sure

I didn't vote because I wasn't sure what to put down. Does physical therapy count? I go to the therapist's office twice a week to get therapy on my knee. I do stretching exercises and I'm on the stationary for ten minutes every time I'm there. I don't know if that qualifies as going to the gym!

No, but I'm booking the ones who do!

No, I wish I could. I can't for so many reasons. The biggest reason is I have an anxiety problem and don't do well around a lot of people. I also don't have the time or the money.
