ooo a topic perfect for me!!

I'll start from smallest to largest.

My 30 gallon houses Mango my Red Devil. Thats at the foot of my bed ontop of my little kids dressor.

My 55 gallon houses Oscar my Tiger Oscar & Jack my Jack Dempsey. thats beside my bed in the corner.

& THEN!!! there is my 160 gallon POND!!! hehehehe yes thats in my room too
It houses Axle my Common Snapping Turtle, & some Swordfish (they eat little bugs that "might" breed or live in ponds & I have anywhere from 20-500 goldfish in the pond too. They server several purposes. Turtle food/snacks & they eat baby Mosquito's & other bugs or worms that "might" breed or live in ponds. The pond is beside my bed & beside the 55 gallon.

Thats it for now MUAHAHAHAHA.. I'll be buying Oscar & Jack a 100 gallon next summer & Mango will get the 50 gallon or I'll buy him a 100 gallon too (just cause I can).

Mango's tank at the end of my bed (old pic, my junk Mt. is taller now hehehe..

Oscar & Jack's tank.. once again my junk pile is bigger. All those lovely plants r dead, Just wasn't enough light down here in this dark basement

Its hard to see the pond, cause the wood is in the way, but I'd rather the wood be there cause I don't know about u, but I like all of my toes ATTACHED to my body!!!

I use to have 4 tanks, but because of the hurricane and no power for over a week a lot of my fish didn't make it. So now I'm down to 2 tanks and one table top tank with my Betta.

This was my 75 gal tank.

My 20 gal that I still have set up. Just a little different now.

And My 48 gal tank, that I still have. You really can't see the whole tank, but it's a corner type tank.

Of course I use to have a 10 gal, but that's gone after the hurricane.
I'm hoping to be able to fill my other tanks back up, but right now you can't find any fish to buy as the pet stores also lost fish after the hurricane.

    awww poor fishies...

When we had the blackout last summer I thought I was gonna loose Oscar & Mango. They were having a hard time breathing (they have several bubble makers in their tanks). I was blowing them air all night long scared to death they were gonna drown.

As soon as Canadian Tire opened after the Blackout, we bought 2 new car batteries (the old one died) filled them & charged them & keep them charged at all times. We have a huge power converter & we can now hook up the tanks to it, just the bubble makers & the heaters. Refilling the tanks is easy work & it doesn't mean I have to waste the batteries on running the filters.

The batteries & the converter sit just outside my room for easy access, since they r very heavy.

    I have a 55 gallon tank.

I used to have a 20 gallon as well, but I just drained it today, to sell it. I barely have time to take care of one tank, let alone two.

    They're around 2-3 inches each.
They'll probaby get bigger, which in that case we'll have to either buy a bigger tank or re-home them.
