    Sirrahbed continues to practice photagraphy!

    I have turned OFF the flash and tried a few pictures with natural light. First we have Princess Emily looking rather un-regal as she is caught in the midst of a rather un-ladylike yawn

    Dylan gave me one of his soulful looks. Stubby's valentine in background above his foodbowl Is he thinking of her??


    These are with the auto-flash and I think the flash did go off for most of them. Eliot was being lovey-dovey for a change and so I was able to get several cute ones of him (poor neglected middle child! )

    A suggestion. If you take with the flash off to avoid the ghost eyes thing, you can always lighten the entire picture if it comes out too dark. The software you got with the camer should provide someway to lighten. I find this works really good sometimes, and you don't have to worry about the ghost eye thing - or fixing the ghost eye thing.

    YIPPEE!!! They are getting better and better! Try angling your camera downwards just a tad, when using the flash..... it seems to help some for me!

    Yes, Angela! We have twins I always am startled at Wilber pix. Kim I will try the camera tilt idea. Deb - I did lighten some of the pictures but then the detail gets washed out! I really do not know what I am doing I will keep practicing and trying these ideas though!!

    That's the best way to learn and not to worry, we've all been there, done that. Nobody just pics up a camera and is a pro at it the first time. Just keep showing us your practice shots and we'll all be happy.
