Matilda went home to her owners! Yeah!!

I got a call about an hour ago about Mattie. Turns out her name is Ellie and she lives about two blocks away from on the same street. Her owners just moved here last month and were gone on vacation last week. They had some family coming to feed her but she must have gotten lonely and wandered down here.

Her meowmie, Laura, was so excited to see her. I told Laura that whenever they go anywhere I'd be happy to come feed her or better yet they could just bring her to my house since she seems so comfortable here. Laura offered to feed my cats too - Yeah!! Her husband's a state trooper and they have a 3 year old son. Maybe I'll actually have a friend in this neighborhood that I'll trust with my cats, I hope.

Anyway, I'm happy for everybody! I really like Mattie but now just isn't the time for a new cat with cattitude.

Oh yeah, she was spayed and she doesn't like other female cats at all. She also doesn't let her family pet her much either.

    FANTASTIC NEWS!!

How cool is it - you've made several new friends now. So glad Ellie is back with her family - and I know they're delighted to have her.

Yippee!!! I'm so happy, especially for her real meowmie, who must have been worried sick about her baby!
