I decided to be brave and try posting photos that a friend scanned for me. IF it works this will be Edwina's cousin Brianna learning how to play to cello.

Oh fiddley dee (forgive the pun!) I did it just like I read on here .
Suggestions?
Are you sure you right clicked on the picture and copied the whole address?
Alyson
Shiloh, Reece, Lolly, Skylar
and fosters Snickers, Missy, Magic, Merlin, Maya
I had right click on the address in the address box and it had copied. When I tried right clicking on the actual photo and copy it would not let me paste!
Alright, I experimented but there is I know a better way. For some reason I am unable to paste so have to TYPE the entire address!
Anyway....here's Cello Kitty

ARRRGGGHHHHH!
Why did it work when I did it in "Test Your Signature Here" and not now!
{by Phred}... Edwina's Mom: Here's the problem with the image you entered below...

The flag should be [img] >>"G"<<, not [imp] >"P"<
The image address should look like this:
[IMG]http://wsphotofews.excite.com/004/oM/9D/bu/Tz59494.jpg[/IM*G] Note: That star * was put there to let you see the line of code - Remove that * before you try to copy the line. Without the *, the line above produces this photo...

Hope this helps. /s/ Phred

Okay, I see my typo imp instead of img(reminds me of the joke...what did the dyslexic insomniac do? Stayed up all night contemplating the meaning of "dog") but the second time I did it correctly and it still didn't come out right!! And why won't it let me paste?
Any advice from those more literate would be appreciated. I went back and read previous directions and still....

I'm not sure which "second time" you mean? The photo you tried to post just above used the address or location of:
This address returns an error from WebShots saying that address can't be found. The problem may be a typo when you coppied the address.
What is the "Community Page" address of your WebShots Album? It would help if we could see the photos in the album.
As for not being aple to *copy* and *paste*; some other folks have said they get good results with this procedure:
1) Highlight the address by holding down the mouse button and moving the pointer across the address you want to copy; release button.
2) Depress & hold "CONTROL" key and the "C" keys at the same time; then release both.
3) Move to where you want to insert or paste the address.
4) Depress & hold "CONTROL" key and the "V" keys at the same time; the address should pop up in the new location.
Good luck and keep trying.![]()

Phred...I'm waaaaay past deep breaths. I'm contemplating which goes better with this particular frustration -- chardonnay or merlot?
Above is the community address. You see normally I do know how to copy and paste!
My question is specifically WHAT do I copy. Right click on the photo? or the address in the address box? For some reason I was able to do it successful in a thread something like "practice your signature here" but never able to duplicate. In that case I right clicked on the photo, went to properties , wrote down the address and retyped it.

.
Sara, is it? The WHAT? to copy is a little tricky, depending on what you're looking at.
If you are on a WebShots page, you do NOT want to *copy* the location in your browser window - which is showing the address of a WebShots PAGE, not your photo.
Usually, a Right-click on the actual Photo will get you a drop-down box with the choice of "Copy Image Location", which you select and click. No drop-down box?
Try the 4 step process I mentioned a few posts above, using Control +C and +V.
The important point is you need to work between the [IMG]andthe[/IM*G] brackets with the Picture's address or location, not the web site's page address.
