    King Arthur

Has anyone else seen this movie? If so, what did you think?

I went with my son tonight. I hardly ever see movies, and I never watch TV, so maybe I'm easily impressed ... but WOW. I thought it was pretty darn good.

"We are raised to honor all the wrong explorers and discoverers - thieves planting flags, murderers carrying crosses. Let us at last praise the colonizers of dreams."- P.S. Beagle

"All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost. From the ashes a fire shall be woken, A light from the shadows shall spring; Renewed shall be blade that was broken, The crownless again shall be king." - J.R.R. Tolkien

I have not seen it but I think it looks good and would like to see it.

    How long is it?

-thank you Poppy for the avatar.

R.I.P. Hanson. You will never be forgotten, and we await the day to see you once again. The imprint you left on my heart will never fade - your big beautiful brown eyes, your big soggy kisses...

I saw it, and I thought it was great! Based on a more REAL version of the story. Definitely not for those who expect the whole Arthur/Gwenivere/Lancelot/Lady of the Lake legend. Excellent movie, I'd definitely recommend it!

It's about standard length for a movie... approx. 2 hours
