Old Dogs Can be Taught New Tricks

Buddy and I went to the polo fields today and I tried something out. I took him off leash and then told him to sit and stay. Then I walked across the polo fields, which must have been more than 200 YARDS, because I couldn't even see him from the other side. He stayed put! Then I shouted, "Buddy, come!" and he ran to me! I was soooooo proud of him! He deserves some kind of obedience certificate for that, I think!
