    Dwaine and Eddie are the sweetest boys,,, I am sooooo happy they are out of that abusive situation,, imagine,, wire on thier mouthes,, the poor boys......

    Yes they are WONDERFUL dogs. It is sad how someone can abuse animals like that. Someone at the shelter offered to move just so she could take Dwaine and Eddie. Thats what I call devoted!

    I hope so. They've been at the shelter for 5 years. (My shelter is no kill. THANK GOD!!!!)

    5 years??? wow,,, now how on earth did those 2 angels not get adopted in all that time,,,, wow..... wish I could take them,,, you and the shelter must love them like they are your own at this point!! I hope they find thier forever home still.....in the mean time,,, thank god for ppl like you and your shelter!!!!

    Its simple. Many people do not want to adopt a senior dog. I find that very, very, unpleasent. Also, there were 2 of them instead of one, they are large, and they shed. Still, I would take them home if my family was'nt allergic. I wish people would see that just because they are old, doesn't mean that they arent playful and loving.

    Very nice website. The shelter sounds like a nice place--nice dog beds and everything--if they have to be there, they might as well be comfortable.
