dobermans? anyone?

Hello..
I hope I am doing this right....newbie here,, look out!
I have a 2 yr old dobie and she is terrible for barking at people when they come to our house... she is such a big sookie otherwise and I dont want her scaring ppl,, any suggestions on how to curb her yap????

I enclosed a pic of her at her 2nd birthday party we had for her. .. her name is LucyBelle,, and yes,, she is insufferably SPOILED!

i dont see the pic, but i bet shes gorgeous!!! i almost got a female black/tan doberman last year. wonderful dogs! i guess all the advice i can give u is training might help her with her barking. also it might just be her heredity telling her to protect her territory.

*also ur not the only dobie lover/owner here, there are some nice others.

I used to have brown dobie girl called Honetta

I'm not such a helper at your problem, possibly because my past dogs havent had problems with barkings.. but I'm sure here will be some people who could help you
