    Emergency situation for 4 Goldens....

    At the Spartanburg, SC shelter.......

    I got the following from the President of our Rescue Group....

    They have 4 goldens (one 12 year old male) that are facing a deadline in the next two days. If you are available, please respond.
    We responded that we will foster if we are needed, with them knowing our limitations and our cat situation. I'll let you know what, if anything, comes of it. I'm almost 100% certain that the Goldens will be ok, but I am sitting here crying for the others.

    I don't know how/why, but every single one of those dogs was reclaimed by their owners. They are safe from euthanization at this point, but I'm wondering how in the world all four ended up there at around the same time. Our services weren't needed this time. I just hope all of the owners will be more careful.
