My horse weighed about 1400 lbs. They took a strap and attached it to the tractor to pick her up. It was a sad day...

Same with my pony, Excpet that we rent a field so we couldnt bury her and at the time we couldnt aford a cremation so they took her to the burner, (now i wish i had been able to afford the cremation but it just wasnt happening).
It's a day everyone one dreads.

...that ill have to do the same. a horse friend of mine died recently. a 30+ year old thoroughbred mare named Easy Goin'. i wasnt there when they removed her; i know they cremate their horses thou, and spread them over their land. but i did get to see her 2 days before she died!![]()
