Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

I really MUST visit that park someday! How neat to have kitties lounging around so comfortably. Of course it's only neat because I know they're well taken care of and can't create more kitties.

We have TNR'd over 100 there. The colony is now down to around 35 that were unadoptable or never seen again. We could've trapped a few neighborhood cats in the process!

I've seen pictures of the park before, it's a wonderful place, and the kitties look so content - no wonder with your care.
