    The Not-so-Good-Housekeeping Seal of Approval

    Let's clean up tonight!

I'll sweep and mop the floor!

    "I'll help you dad"

    SWEEP SWEEP SWEEP...

    Dustpan, trash....

"Hey Dad, check this out....what's this on my head?"

"It a cobweb, where did you find it?"

"Right behind the chair, on the floor you pretended to sweep .."

"Ed, you are supposed to steer clear of the moving furniture, I have to look for you everytime something gets moved...."

    "doing quality control dad......What's this???"

    "that's a dust bunny....."

    "A WHAT?"

"Dust bunny....they come around when you don't sweep regularly..."

    "I see....."

    "Where are you going?"

"ME? I'm going to run around the house like a freaking mad man, knocking stuff down, so you can clean some more.......I like this..."

    "DUDE, KNOCK IT OFF......"

    "Dad, watch this....."

    CRASH........

'Onward thru the little pile of dust bunnies......ROUND EM UP COWBOY!!!...

    'EDWARD, YOU LITTLE TURD....."

5 minutes later.....nodding off on his perch.....

"Cleaning house really tires me out.....take a break Dad, I am..."

Dear little Edster! Always trying to help Daddy. Speckles does the same thing. Won't they ever learn?

I'm starting a collection of dust bunnies and have names for them all.........
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Ed sounds as though he has to be part of things, like The found Cats! Why is it that when you really want to do something , they interrupt thier 20 hour a day napping , to get into your path! CATS!

LOL! Mitzi went hiding the minute I moved a litterbox last night - she spooks so easy! Then the evil vacuum monster came out so she hid under the bed for the rest of the evening. This morning I awoke to a newly landscaped sandy beach in the hallway Why do I bother?
