    Hazel Has A Lump

Last night Kevin discovered a rather large hard mass on Hazel's neck. It's kind of lower behind the ear. This is really scaring me. I'm calling the vet as soon as they open. She's just beginning to feel adjusted to indoors and now this.
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

Yikes, lumps are scary when you don't know what they are. Prayers for a reassuring diagnosis!

I hope it is a harmless lump. Prayers are on the way for Hazel and I will have all the babies cross their paws for her as well.

Oh, how scary! I hope it's harmless, or can be easily treated. Do you know how old she is?

We'll keep all fingers and paws crossed for her!
