Wow Josie is getting big!! How much does she weigh now? How old is she now? I would guess about 7 months??

She's so fat hehe, people say that to me, sarcasticly about Jasper, he also has no fat at all lol

Her white markings remind me so much of Jasper's, especially the small ammount of white on her paws, about the same as his, and also the funny shape of white on her chest and up her neck!

Also, "always on the move" is just like Jasper too lol, he doesn't stop!

It was nice to see Josie Great pictures!!

    RIP Jasper. I can't believe you're gone.
RIP Tigger...I miss you every single day.

    Thank you!

Josie weighs around 42 pounds now but she does not look it! You can still see her ribs alittle I don't know if that is common or not for boxer pups? You can't see them as badly when I first brought her home. My vet doesn't seem to really know either she says she is at a good weight. She may just end up being a little smaller then some boxers.

She is heavy though! I've picked her up a few times. And she eats like a horse! She doesn't looks real big to me.

    Wow! I don't think she's small.

Jasper weighed 43(I think) pounds just 2-3 weeks ago at the vet and hes 8 months old! He used to be 45 and I expected him to be almost 50 or more last time, but he lost weight, as he doesn't like the food very much, but he has to eat it for now, until we find out what he's alergic to
I think he's going to be alot smaller than alot of boxers.

Also, boxers are a slim breed, I don't see many fat ones! I think the ribs being visible is common in them:

You can see Jasper's ribs in this picture, but not as much, it depends on the posistion hes in, sometimes you can almost count them all by looking at him

    RIP Jasper. I can't believe you're gone.

    Thankyou bluekat

Robyn- I'm sorry to hear Jasper is having problems with allergies. I hope you can find out what he is allergic to. He looks so cute in that picture.

I guess Josie is about at the right size then.

LOL I didn't think boxer were a fat breed. I've heard some people having boxers that weighed right around 100 pounds when fully grown.

I was really glad to see Josie again, because I was worried about alot of things with Jasper's size, like his head being a bit small...etc..etc..etc and constant worries about everything, but seeing Josie, she looks about the same, with her head, chest, and her eyes(I was told his mask wasn't as dark as it should be or something) and everyone had me worrying lol but it was comforting to see that Josie was alot like him.

    Thankyou BCBlondie!

Robyn your not the only one that worries. There is a boxer board I go to and I see ever one elses boxer. They look so much bigger then her even the one's that are younger. Well I know a adult is going to be bigger. It just still bothers me seeing younger pups bigger then her.

I know exactly how you feel, and Josie will be bigger than Jasper, as she's a month younger or so and the same size!

But Jasper was also bottle fed since birth, that could have a bit to do with it!

    RIP Jasper. I can't believe you're gone.
