Constant urination by female dog.

We have an 11 year old spayed Black Lab.

Whenever she is inside, she urinates almsot every time she lies down. She is outside for about 2-4 hours a day, but when she comes inside we always have to clean up after her.

Does anyone have any insight on this problem?
