Just go to the "Forum Jump" near the bottom of the page and you just click on wherever you want to go

Actually this is the Cat General Board. To get to Pet General either use the "Forum Jump" box at the bottom of this page (click on the drop-down arrow to pick the forum you want to jump to) or you can click on the "Pet Talk" link up above which will take you to a page that lists all the forums and you can pick one from there.
