what is my cat doing?

So I was a little confused on something... We have this cat that only likes either me or my twin sister to pet him. odd..but whenever anyone but me & my sister try to pet little Simba, he meows (in an evil sort of way ) and then he hits the person, but he never scratches...he especially does this when someone touches his tail... I'm thinking that maybe since we raised him since birth (his mother abandoned him) maybe he only likes when we pet him ??

That's probably what it is...kittys are like that.

Maybe you could get your kitty used to other people by having others over and paying attention to your cat?
