Scooter Is Back!!!help!

scooter got rescued,but now he's back. he has such a small amount of time! i am going to the shelter today i will ask exactly how much.

for those of you that don't know. this dog is VERY special to me. i was at the shelter working and i kept taking him on walks because i enjoyed him a lot. my parents even fell in love with him. so we were gonna adopt him,but we brought in my dog Beanie to see how they were together and he didn't like Scooter. so he was schedualed to be put to sleep the next day.evidentally someone rescued him,but never showed up or somehting. now he's back and VERY URGENT!!!please HELP!
