Mom's Tattoo & Few Necklaces I made*pics*

I wanted to post both of these, but figured they weren't too special to make seperate threads.. sO i'm going to post it all at once.

My mom got a 'Henna Tattoo' on her foot. i told her to get a *real* one and she said she may, and just wanted to get this fake one to see how she liked it. She said she'd get a nice, colorful turtle if she does get one.

It's smudged because my aunt stepped on her foot just as they were walking out of the place.

And here's two of the necklaces I made for a lady on another board. I'm not pleased with them, and I may add more -- but i'm going to see what she thinks of them first.

I LOVE henna - it's very BIG and traditional here in the Middle East, so I am always getting my hands and feet done!

Tell your mom to go ahead and get brave and get one! They're so much fun. I love mine and I'm thinking about getting Duke on my left ankle for my 40th birthday. I know this will give my mom great joy as she doesn't like any of them but they make me happy. I'll probably get Duke in the play bow. That's my favorite of his, as you well know. And, the necklaces look great! The blue one is my favorite. I went to my Michael's to try to find those dog beads like you got and they didn't have them or I didn't look good enough.

Val -- I found them hanging, in little tiny bags.
They also had beads that said " I Love My Dog" but there weren't as many in the package as this one, and they were like 3 dollars for one tiny package.

I haven't used any of them yet..... And i've been planning on making something out of them. Would you like a necklace or a bracelet?

Oh yippee!!!! Yes, a bracelet would be great! I guess you didn't see in that post that I greatly hinted at you making something and I was willing to pay for it. And, I still am.

The necklaces are beautiful! I have always liked turquoise and silver. As for tattoos - I have to just chuckle. I always wanted one when I was...um....younger. I wanted a roserud on my chest. I figure if I had done it, that "rose" would now be long stemmed My daughter recently had her tongue pierced and has tried to nudge me to go ahead and be bold and get the tat! I never heard of the henna ones, though. Maybe I could go for something temporary
