Confederation bridge (2 pics)

Just thought I'd share these pics my mom got from a friend. It's the Confederation bridge..that connects PEI (where I live) to New Brunswick. Not sure how long it is, but I think it's one of the longer bridges..Anyway, it's longer then I like :P

Oh, it's 12.9 kilometers. Not sure how that compares to other bridges

Looks like we won;t be going to New Brunswick... my hubby has a major phobia of bridges! We'll go hours out of our way to avoid bridges half that size.

Thats ok, that bridge just connects to PEI..which is an island, so you wouldn't have to worry about it unless you're coming here. I hate bridges too actually O_O this one isnt that bad cause it has high 'rails' or w/e. Cement blocks.. so you cant even see the water

I LOVE BRIDGES!! That's one long bridge! Gorgeous pictures too.

The Mackinac Bridge is 5 miles long.

This is the bridge I cross over the most when going to Canada.

The times I pick up my friend from Windsor, I'll use the tunnel instead of the Ambassador Bridge. It just seems faster.
