What was your favorite TV show as a kid?

I am not sure if this has been started before or not. But
What were your favorite TV shows as a kid?
I love the fact that I have cable now so I can watch most of them now.
A few of mine were Dukes of Hazzard, A-team, Different Strokes, Facts of Life, Three's Company, Jake and the Fatman, MacGyver. I am sure as people reply I will think of others too!
My dad loved loved loved Murder she wrote. We had to watch it every Sunday. And my mom liked Matlock (watching it right now) and/or Perry Mason Mysteries.
As reruns on Cable I have been watching MacGyver, Three's Company, Matlock, A team, and Dukes of Hazzard (which are not on anywhere anylonger! ) Murder she Wrote, Bonanza, Gunsmoke, I dream of Jeanie. I think that's about it!

My favorites reruns are Bonanza, with that cute Hoss and Adam on it, Green Acres, Betwitched, Star Trek the next generation, Deep Space 9, Voyager,(yes I know I sound like a trekkie, I am.. , I dream of Jeanie, Mr. Ed.

I remember Punky Brewster, do you remember they came out with little tennis shoes that had different colored shoe strings? I bought my daughter Lindsey those tennis shoes, may still have them around here somewhere. They were so adorable!

And Mary Tyler Moore, I loved her show. I loved the fact that she was so independent! She was great!

Great thread shais_mom!! Lots of good memories here.

I'll be dating myself with these answers.

"I love Lucy"- this is the one with Fred and Ethel on it.
    "Gunsmoke"
    "The Mickey Mouse Club"
    "Ozzie & Harriet"
    "Lassie"
    "Rin-Tin-Tin"
    "I've Got A Secret"

I'm sure there were others that I can't think of right now.

    National Velvet.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

When I was *really* young I used to watch a lot of those shows like Mr. Dress-up (I think he was Canadian), Under the Umbrella Tree, Lambchop and a few others like that.

Also, Full House, Family Matters, Sister,Sister, Home Improvement and pretty much anything that aired on TGIF.

Anybody watching the Tvland awards? Mary Tyler Moore just won an award. They showed where she cracked up at Chuckel's funeral. I remember that, and it was so funny!

Yeap, she was one of my favorites too.
