I Think Wee Ones Are On The Way!

A recently trapped very pregnant feral from a yacht club is due any time now! "Josephine" is very docile as far as ferals go allowing me to reach my hand around her belly to feel the kittens kicking away! I have a hunch that some "Little Joes" are due anytime now. Little Joe is no doubt the daddy cat...a big headed black tom cat dubbed Little Joe after a gorilla escaped a few times at a zoo around here! The feeders were calling the tom Baboon which didn't fit at all. I mentioned Little Joe, and the name stuck. Josephine I suspect will be an awesome mother as she's so gentle and not fearful of me at all. Big bonus for socializing the babies to be. I'm guessing at four, and all black. Yikes!

Sure thing Donna! Unlikely for any DLH kittens to be born though. The colony has been shorthaired for a long time. But any one I come across is yours...all yours!

Oh goodie, more kitty pile pics!!! Can hardly wait.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
