Please meet Miss Kitty - the exercise cat!

This is Miss Kitty, my parent's cat. This is a picture of her and my Dad doing their nightly exercises in the floor. My Dad just started physical therapy for his hip and soon discovered that Miss Kitty was great exercise buddy because she will get down right besided him and roll and stretch while he exercises. When he stops to rest she rests too. My Mom took this picture of them last night - it's that funny!



Here are few that I took of her this afternoon while visiting.



I went back in the den to tell her goodbye and this is how I found her.


She's a very affectionate cat - almost demands to be pet and will reach and grab your hand and pulls it towards her. She adopted my parents about 6-7 years ago when she just showed up outside their dining room window one day. After a few days of feeding her and convincing my parents to keep her they let her in and she has ruled the roost since. She is my parent's first and only cat. The vet has guessed her to be somewhere around 7-8 years old and she was already spayed when she showed up.

No that gives new meaning to rothlmbo! It was a buster... made me bust out laughing... She is a beautiful kitty and isn't it wonderful how THEY pick the homes sometimes....

there is SOMETHING about that kitty I love. Something in that face or maybe the story about her!! How sweet and wonderful! What a great pal and companion. I don't understand how anyone exists without a cat-friend Miss Kitty is beautiful Have to go back and look somemore....

Awwwww... she's just encouraging your dad and telling him "you can do it! Here, I'll do it with you." What a special kitty your parents have!

Sirrahbed is right, there is SOMETHING about Miss Kitty that just lets you know she is a friend - like she's saying "Well, hi there honey! Come on in and sit a spell!" She is a wonderful exercise pal. She should open her own pilates studio with all those poses, stretches and encouragement she seems to be giving.

Miss Kitty is incredible!! I have to agree with everyone that there is something very special about her. I think it's her eyes. She has beautiful markings but her eyes are so innocent and sweet. I love every picture but the one of her on the floor with your dad is beyond cute!!!! We are in love with you Miss Kitty!!
