Pleeeese Help with Friendship Quilt!!

Could someone please explain how to send pictures for the Friendship Quilt. I also don't know how to change the size to 130 x 130.
I could post the pictures on PT or e-mail them, but they would not be the right size.
I do have my Tucker block, but don't know what to do with it.
