Hm. I saw somone wearting a t-shirt that said "I Blame Canada"

It confused me, what does it mean? I hope its not offensive, but if someone could say what it meant.

It was from the South Park movie. There were two Canadian characters blamed for the corruption of all (US) American youth. VERY tongue-in-cheek, as are all South Park offerings.

Actually, although there was a SP movie about this, it is NOT what it is referring to.

The reference is the huge power outage. Anyone remember that? Some sources said it originated in Canada.
