New Years Eve
New Years Eve I always spend alone
Thinking how nice it would be if I had someone to ring in the New Year with
I sit here and just be me
I would love that New Years kiss at midnight
I loved to be held tight
Allow that someone to tell me they care
Hold hands and hugs through out the night
Ring in the New Year making gentle sweat love
With an Angel love
O how I wish!
Kiss after kiss after kiss
O how I miss that
I breathe for that day
But no instead on New Years Eve
I’ll be alone most likely watching candles flickering
Watching the shadows from flame dancing on the wall
There was the first snowfall
So maybe I will go for a walk in the dark
Watch the stars sparkling in the sky
Watch the moon rise high above the trees
It’s a king up there it certainly seems
Feel the cool crisp clean air
Against my skin
Catch snowflakes on my tongue
Throw a snowball at someone
Make mental images in my mind of this white beauty
I know in time I will find that love I need to find
Maybe one day my wish will come true
But if I get into my own world tomorrow night and I don’t find the time
To wish all those new friends of mine here on pettalk I’ll do it now

No matter where you are or what your doing I hope it’s good
I hope you’re with family and friends
Until midnight or up till the very end.
