Please keep my grandma in your thoughts

My nonna is on medication and has been for quite some time. Lately she has complained about burning in her stomach and she would throw up a lot. Yesterday she was taken to the hospital and had to stay overnight. Apparently, the doctors discovered she has an ulcer.

I don't have much more information on her because my mom has been pretty stressed over the whole thing and is worrying alot. I don't want to bother her with questions.

If you could all just keep my Nonna in your thoughts that would be really appreciated. Thanks.

Prayers are never a shortage here on Pet Talk. Your Nonna will be in my nightly prayers.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Thanks for the toughts guys. It means a lot.

It's a bit scary, especially since she was always so strong and cool about everything.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Turn back time to make it so.

Your Nonna will be in our prayers, ulcers are not fun, but ARE treatable. Hope she'll be fine in no time!
