    Fritz

Fritz, you beautiful kitty, you!! I just LOVE tuxedo cats, and you look like a prime example! What a rascal cat you are, too, dumping over your water dish and climbing the curtains! You really are a sweetheart and I wish you all the best on your day! Congratulations, Fritz!

Ritz, you beautiful girl! I'm partial to Tuxedo's as my Howie is one too =^..^=
I love your antics with the water dish and the telephone trick is quite clever! Congrats, sweet kitty on your loving home and for being chosen Cat of the Day!!!

Love the attitude in the photo! It is this insolent (but loving!) take on life expressed by Ritz which converted me to cats.

Another beautiful tuxedo to capture my heart! Ritz, you sure live up to your name because you are gorgeous. I am so glad your people decided to share you with the world! You are still a little one for now (only 6 months old) but you look so mature and I am sure you are a joy to anyone you come in contact with. Kisses on your sweet head baby and may God Bless you!

Oh I'm so embarrassed! I called you "Fritz", but your name is "RITZ"! I'm so sorry, Ritz. Guess I need to update my contact lens prescription...

Ritz you sound like a barrel of fun and so busy!! I would love to have you help answer my phone when it rings. You are so clever! My little guy Andy is a water freak too, but he just bathes his little front feet in the water bowl and carefully licks them dry. Enjoy your day little one, because you are today's wonderful Cat of the Day!!

I feel like breaking into song:

    When you're blue
    And you don't know
    Where to go to
    Why don't you go
    Where fashion sits...
    Puttin' on the ritz!

(I hope I got the words right!)

I haven't met a tuxedo cat I didn't like, and though you look none too pleased to have your picture taken, I'm sure with time you'll be one mellow but elegant kitty! Kisses on your forehead, Ritz!

We are proud of our "Ritzy" - she is wearing the white spats, the "cravat" and all that jazz. I agree, this isn't her best picture, she just woke up. Ritz is now a happy healthy year old and is not the lean creature you see in this picture, but she is still very active and funny. Any of you fellow tuxedo fans out there will appreciate what our vet told us. He said that the "tux marked" black and whites are, and I quote "TIGHTLY WOUND" critters who are not at all comfortable with change or unfamiliar people/places/things. She is such a sweetheart with her "big cat" owners, and such an absolute cat-zilla at the vets. Anyone out there with fellow tuxedo housemates care to comment? I thought the vet was a little "kitty-racist" for stereotyping the lovely tuxedos out there, but no matter, she is such a trip and a nice kitty to have around!

Tightly wound! Ha ha! That's a good one! Ha ha! Your vet needs to come over and see my tuxes, especially the boy! Right now they're both on their backs, with their paws in the air. The most upset they get is when their food bowl is empty, and their reaction is to stare at me until I get the hint. Tightly wound!

Dear "4 Feline"...the most recent picture I have of Ritz is on her back with her little white paw pads in the air, waiting for a tummy rub (tightly wound, indeed!) - so your comment made me laugh. She has sleeping down to an art form, my favorite is the "kitty-tortellini" position, where she wraps herself into a perfect circle and turns her head upside down.

The water dish finally had to be "bolted down" to a piece of wood because she would literally pick it up by the edge with her teeth and turn it over onto the floor.

Ritz also comes when called and is the best little fly-swatter around!
