Anyone Have An African Water Frog?

I was wondering if anyone has an African (not dwarf) Water Frog. I have had an albino female for a few years and just the other day I noticed a bulge on her left underside and wonder if it could be anything serious . . . I certainly do not overfeed her. She gets freshly swatted flies in the summer and now 2 or three floating reptile sticks broken in half every few days. She shows no signs of ill behavior, but I am rather concerned.

I don't have one but I sure would like one! I've actually done some research on these cuties as pets I may set up an aquarium in the summer, after I've got some money saved up. I don't know what could be wrong, but I hope she feels better soon!
