Emily & Eliot's first Christmas tree

Gift wrapping was an adventure that I don't relish repeating but the Christmas tree was not so bad. We have had lots of cats before, but never kittens, and never TWO kittens. Well, they are almost grown but still plenty of kitten left in them and everything is new. Today we put up the tree with plenty of help. They were into EVERYTHING.
Both had to inspect the tree:

Eliot lost interest, but Emily approved:

She is still curled up under there now:

Oh how CUUUUUUte! I know it is so frustrating when they are in your way but it sure does make for some good pictures!!!
Anyone want to take bets on how long that cute ornament stays on the bottom of the tree???? I bet its gone by morning!!
Good luck and keep us posted on Emily and Elliot's Christmas antics!!

How cute. I hope they behave themselves.

I'm getting nervous because it's time to put up our tree and I've never had one up with three cats in the house. Ripley never bothered it much and last year was our first year with Jazz but we didn't put one up because we were too busy with sick family members but this year we want to do it. I have a feeling Jazz will be the worst one.

    Those are great pictures.

I'm with catcrazylady, and I wonder how how long that lowest ornament will last.

    Thanks for the pics.

Awww great pictures of such adorable kitties.
I also wonder how long the lion ornament will stay on the tree.
    That is just too tempting.

Aww, so cute. They look as if they are being fairly well behaved. I take it your tree is still standing?
