How about a Mall Hopper??? Perhaps something with Grenadine or Creme De Menthe to celebrate the season colours.

If we can't come up with Mall Hopper ingredients, how about this.

Elf Tea

Ingredients:

1 oz. Peppermint Liqueur
3 oz. Iced Tea
1/2 Lemon
Sugar (To taste)


Mix all the ingredients and squeeze lemon over the top.

Champagne, 1/4 oz. Triple Sec, Splash of Cranberry Juice

Combine in Champagne glass, Garnish with a twist


I'll be willing to try it to make sure that it's good enough for the bar.

Well, there's something to be said for Quality Control

That Poinsettia sounds better than Elf Tea. Let me know if it tastes OK. I'm at the end of my work day now and could use a little "pick-me-up".

Pointsettia, sounds good to me,
and it's healthy too, because it has real cranberry's in it.
Since this is Rock thursday, should we be dressing up
in the 50's/60's style? Should I bring my Elvis and Beatle
LP's among other oldies but goodies Rocky N roll stuff!
