    GSD for adoption

There's a beautiful female GSD named Willie up for adoption at Chicagoland Shepherd Rescue www.gsdr.org. Here she is:

If I didn't have two GSDs already, I would love to adopt her myself!!

Oh Willie, you are just gorgeous. I wish I could take you home. I pray that you find the most loving and caring forever home. All my love to you beautiful girl. WHAT a magnificent animal. If I learn of anyone in your area ready to adopt, I will certainly refer them to you!

For some reason, the pic wouldn't open completely for me. But good on you for helping to find a good home for a lovely dog.
Now where does Phred live? Just joking, Cinder Dog & the Smoke!!!

Angels ~ Cinder here ~ Dad sez he's gonna buy a chunk of chain link fence to nail up across the front porch . And he reminded me it's gettin a liddel *crowded* onna BigBed.

"Willie" stands a great chance of getting dopted if her web picture gets circulated - that's how Dad found me. Without my web picture he'd never have driven so far to visit my jail - the picture made him do it. To bad more shelters an jails can't take and post nice pictures of the inmates lookin for homes.

Cinder Dog, your dear old Dad might put a barrier across his front porch but there's no barrier that could fit across his big heart when it comes to dogs in need.
You're so right that this lovely pic should be circulated because it would help Willie get a good home. I wonder if they've put her pic on that wonderful Pet Finders site you have there in the US of A.

Willie is supposed to be at the Adoption Event on Saturday at the Pet Supplies Plus store in Berwyn, IL from 1:00-4:00. Heaven help me, I just might go see her. (I really can't handle 3 big dogs, or can I?????)

Sudler, You get Willie. You can always replace a husband(or threaten to) after 22years mine just asks how much more dog food (or any other ) food do we need to order? They get used to it after 2 dogs it's all the same.Iused to say we could have another human kid. I sure ended up with lots of critters. @ kids were enough for us. Good luck Corinna

If she gets along with your other dogs, why not? (Says Karen the troublemaker who lives safely too far away for a "casual let's just go see" pretense for a drive!) Maybe she'll be adopted before you get there, if so, you'll know it wasn't meant to be, right?
